In 1983, the Brothers Gibb wrote five songs for the Staying Alive soundtrack. One of the songs was Breakout, which wasn't released as a single, but it's a cool album track. The movie wasn't a hit, but the soundtrack reached No. 6 in the US. The lovely actresses Cynthia Rhodes and Finola Hughes were both great in the movie.

After composing 26 top 10 hits from 1968 to 1981, which included 15 number one records, Barry Gibb and his brothers had a falling out with their manager and RSO records owner, Robert Stigwood. They subsequently filed a lawsuit against him. Next, the Bee Gees' song, He's a Liar, was released in late 1981. With little support from their record company, it only reached No. 30 on the Billboard Hot 100 in the US. Many have wondered if the song's title was a masked dig at Stigwood.

In today's AI world, it could also be about those who attempt to pass off AI-generated fake songs in songwriter's forums as their own compositions to fool people. LOL!!!
