The stone and the foreign eyes

Previous topic - Next topic

Mora Amaro La Loba

Hello people of this world of blue, green, gray, and so many colors, today I leave you with this song that I dare not define except as one of my own, with its secret language that only I understand.

I like the arrangement; I think I've managed to convey a disturbing feeling, especially at the end, although the appearance of the piano softens it a bit.

Be well

There is no clock that measures
the rhythm of what happens
inside my soul

I think about tomorrow
because today
life becomes so heavy
that it suffocates itself
betweem hours that never end

I am so still
that i seem like a stone
on a road
that does not exist
yet

I am a thousand questions
with no voice

a pilgrim with no hands
or feet
tied to the caprice of fate
when I hear your voice
so different from yours
when I see your eyes
so foreign
so foreign

Hi Mora,

atmospheric is definitely the word to describe this piece, you have a unique approach to music which always warrants a response. I really like the blend you have created in this song, once again well done Mora.
