Title: CaliaMoko is Back...
Post by: Vicki on Dec 11, 2024, 01:17 AM
...sort of. I have trouble making the time to spend on the forum. I used to be on every. single. day! Now weeks can go by before I think of it. Life has certainly changed.

Hello to all forumites, old and new. I'm going by my birth name, Vicki, instead of CaliaMoko. Less confusing.

It's nice to be back. It's nice to have the forum back.

Vicki

I am doing well these days. Two highlights: I got remarried last April and I sang with a big choir in Carnegie Hall this month.

I'm sure it will!

Wow! Congratulations Vicki! That's amazing and heartwarming news. What's Carnegie Hall like? I would have been sooooo nervous!

The choir had 250 voices, so I was lost in the crowd. I didn't get nervous. If I had been in a small ensemble or had a solo, I'm sure I would have died of fright.

It was really amazing. Just the idea of singing, actually singing there. It's hard to get my head around.
