I haven't used this (yet) - but I thought this was an incredible for those that don't like their own voice, or want to produce demos for the opposite sex!!!
Here is a cool demo of Audimee:
MIND BLOWN!!!!
I have no problem with AI tools as long as a real musician is in control..ie. writing/playing the song. This looks great.
Wow... This is for me. I write the song, but my voice is horrible.
OpenAI is being sued by Scarlett Johannessen by using an AI voice which is eerily similar to her voice. Audimee is avoiding lawsuits by basing voices on commoners instead of celebrities.
I heard a song today with an AI generated voice which sounded like a tweaked version of Elderbrook. Coincidentally, the production style of the song (thankfully not AI generated) sounded like Camelphat.
A problem with AI generated voices, which is seen as a lesser problem than AI generated lyrics, is the problem of "image rights" which is often legally also called "moral rights".
If a person deems that their "likeness" has been used in a message, medium, format or false endorsement they didn't consent to, there is a whole load of R&C legal ramifications as well as D&C marketing and branding ramifications, which can cause reputational damage, if not directly then by association.
There are too many lawsuits to mention!
R&C = risk and compliance
D&C = dilution and conflation
