I've seen her live a couple of times. She's an amazing performer. Not just the voice, which is undeniable, but also her whole stage presence -- she's obviously having fun, and it's infectious.

What a coincidence, spotting this thread.  I've just been re-watching KD Lang duet with Roy Orbison from years back.  Her voice is absolutely beautiful and they make a mesmeric pair.
