Hi All

We've finally put together our first "album" of tracks; "Divided Joy".

It's taken a while, and most of the tracks have been test driven here and all comments taken on board and utilised. Truth is we've gotten fed up of trying to tweak it to make it better, so it is now out there - for good or bad.

Just wanted to thank everyone who has taken the time to listen and offer advice in the past.

The whole thing can be found here.

If you like it, feel free to share it around, etc.

All the best.

Congrats on making your first album - it's quite a feeling isn't it? As scary as it is exciting, at least that's how it was for me. I've opened the link into a new tab, and I'm looking forward to having a listen later when I have a spare hour.

Congratulations Digger and Katja. Burned it to cd and played it on my "best" stereo system. Brilliant. Will be playing it again and again and again over the coming days.

Nice one Digger!

Great tracklist...recognise most of them. Some cracking songs on there.

Good luck!

Hi All,

Many thanks for the words of encouragement.
Doesn't it all go downhill with the second album? Lol

It doesn't seem that long ago since our MIA friend Kafla introduced me to the world of midi - opened up an whole new world... of misery.

Thanks again.

You're in great company digger.  John Lennon once wrote about the work that he had Recorded with the Beatles, adding that there was so much he would redo if he hadn't the chance.  He talked about his 'Twist and Shout' vocal delivery saying that he had performed it better when playing live and that when when he played the studio recording, he could tell that it was a young guy, frantically trying to  do his best.  Good luck with your album - a great achievement! :-)

I'm loving this more with every play.

For those of a melancholic nature, this is beautiful.  8)

The synth sounds are the stuff of dreams, matched with Katja's vox...oh man.
