This lyric has two characters (a male and a female). The male(character) wanting to be the sugar daddy to the singer (Female character) but she doesn't want that, she wants to get marry and have children in the future. the singer is thinking "He's probable already married", or maybe he is seeing someone else. So, she’s not taking any chances and decided that this is what she’s going to do. She is putting him on the spot.

I would want to know if "the reader " can clearly understand what I am trying to sell to an audience. Need feedback. (Lyric written for a female vocalist)

(1st Verse)
You said you’ll buy me, everything fancy
Take me to the Caribbean we’ll have fun, there ain’t no doubt
But you never tell me, how much you care
You never tell me, how much you care

(Pre Chorus)
Well, I’m taking you down town going shopping
At a jewelry store you’ll be buying, I don’t want to hear a thing

(Chorus)
Don’t say just pay just pay don’t say, buy me a wedding ring
Just pay don’t say don’t say, just pay, buy me a wedding ring

(2nd Verse)
You said you’ll take me, me out on Fridays
It’s only one time a week you I’ll see, not those other days
And you never tell me that you love me
You never tell me that you love me

(Pre Chorus)
Well, I’m taking you down town going shopping
At a jewelry store you’ll be buying, I don’t want to hear a thing

(Chorus)
Don’t say just pay just pay don’t say, buy me a wedding ring
Just pay don’t say don’t say just pay, buy me a wedding ring

 (Bridge)
If you love me say you love me If you don’t you got to let me know
If you don’t love me don’t come around me anymore
Leave me alone

(3rd verse)
You never said you wanna get marry
Wanna raise a family here you come, say the same things
Unnecessary words is what I don’t want to be hearing
I don’t wanna hear a thing, don’t wanna hear anything

(Chorus)
Just pay don’t say don’t say just pay, buy me a wedding ring
Don’t say just pay just pay don’t say, buy me a wedding ring
                                           (Repeat)
