Hi  ;D Just thought I'd like to post something for Xmas.
I know I haven't been very active with my reviews, but
 I will get up to speed.....promise ;D

It's been a difficult time for me of late.  Spent a lot of
time lying around feeling sorry for myself  ::)  No
 enthusiasm or energy whatsoever..........

SO !!  I thought it would be a good time to play the Blues  ;D

Needs vocal/harp/something, I know, but it's finished as far as I'm
concerned....if anyone fancies having a sing/play with it, let me
 know...

 https://soundcloud.com/binladeda/santasblues/s-J0hph

Just a standard sort of backing track really,  but I like the way it
moves  ;D Expresses how I feel quite well............

Hope someone out there can identify/like it as well  ;D

 MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE  ;D ;D

Nowt as queer as folk...........my gran

Hey there Bin.......gotts the blues, for sure!!
While listening....Raindeer Games" came to me as a working title.
A "where's the raindeers when I need them" song.
Cool vibe......and very blue.

Cheer up Bin! I'll be wishing you a happy Christmas throughout this year!  ;D

I'm not qualified to judge instrumentals. I like blues, so I can say I like it. I'd be interested in hearing it with lyrics.

I'm sorry you've been feeling blue. I hope the new year treats you well and things look up for you!

Hi binladeda

Its definitely crying out for some vocals, Reindeer related or not! If only I was a proper singer, I would give this a go.

Father Christmas bought me a set of noise cancelling bluetooth headphones and it sounds great on them!

Hope you feel better soon.

James

Hey bin

I like the way it moves too!  ;D ;D
Refreshing sound - love the guitars and the bass esp.
Hope someone picks this up and sings it.
I'm trying to avoid the blues these days of cold weather in Canucksville.
I'm sorely tempted to sing 'em though.  ;D ;D

Better health to you in 2018 my friend.
We need you firing on all cylinders!

Paul

I'd love to hear Lostboy singing on this one Bin. Lovely tone on the guitar, btw,it would be great fleshed out.

Hope you get over the blues man,no one needs that old black dog.

Outch, absolutely killer instrumental again.

Classic blues feel to it, I only wish I had anywhere near the vocals to give this a crack but really hope someone else does. Needs a proper rugged and emotive growl I reckon.

Could always add to Collaboration League if no one picks it up sooner and I'll continue to try promote next year.

All the best,
Scott.

Really well played and I am sucker for blues - would love to be watching this being played live down the proverbial Dog and Duck. Music is therapeutic and I hope that performing this had that effect for you. Real classy  :)

Hi Bin,

Sorry to hear your a bit below par - I hope you get your mojo back soon.

Anyone who can play lead electric guitar like this gets my vote. You've put in a great instrumental palette to support it. Classic organ, bass and drums a la The Allman Brothers Band with that awesome lead. You never run out of ideas, don't repeat yourself and never sound derivative. Quite a trick in this genre.

Magic.

I've had a bit of a tough time of late too, Bin, so I can totally identify with this track :'(

Nothing like feeling blue, to bring out some of the best 'blues' music in us   :o

Your guitar playing is so amazing, and the backing track sits perfectly with it  :)

If I had the voice, I'd love to give this one a try  :-[

I hope 2017 brings you nothing but happiness, peace and good health, my friend  :-*

Never just a blues from you. That shimmery organ and the clean rhythm guitar do something to me! And a great sounding lead with lots of space and feeling.
Here's to a better 2017...

Hi Steve,

Loved it.
Had me mumbling random stuff all over it - doing my best Jim Morrison impression when he was in one of his more bluesy moments - Crawling King Snake mode maybe ;D

Genuine blues.

Hope you're feeling more upbeat soon.

Hey Bin - great Blues workout mate...this has real soul. The backing guitar really stood out for me as much as your lead playing. Fab music to put your heart and soul into when you´re low, so do a lot more and I hope it gets you on the road to recovery soon. Take care.
