Hi Alexander...welcome back...I was just wondering where you've been...I was missing your presence

loving this piece...you have such a rich voice and the lyrics are awesome...I listened to all the tracks and I think the last one is my favourite, although the bass might sound better it the 2nd track...is the horn real? I was thinking a muted trumpet might sound cool...of course I'm a little prejudiced, because I play the horn

I have a song called 'The Other Side of the Moon'...still working on the recording...I think the next forum comp. should be a song about the moon

PS I have a little venus fly trap...any suggestions on how to keep it healthy during the winter when you can't put it outside?

Great lyrics.. Original & this song has enormous potential Nice vocals & subtle instrumentation. I personally think that the bass could be a lot better. Its almost if the bass is waiting for the next bit in the song.( like waiting at lights to cross the road) The bass should be a bit more fluent & run as if the song is 2nd nature. A possible idea
is to perhaps build up the arrangement for example strings or other instruments to reinforce a very beautiful song. Fischermans You are very talented & this is a great song

Thank you for the compliments.It´s a good idea to work on further instrumentation.The problem is I hear the notes but can´t play another instrument than the guitar.So have to do it with computer which is not that perfect.

I fully understand.....But if I can do it? anyone can? its easy I am predominantly a guitarist but keyboards are sooo cheap (ebay) & what I did was play a chord on the guitar & then
find them on the keyboards. Trust me its easier then you think & starting with say a string sound or piano....You can add little bits here & there & you'll think wow! why didnt I try this sooner?
Think of it this way.......You will have the means to enhance all your future songs & give them
your own feel. I personally prefare real instruments as opposed to pc based & the good news is if you can get a hold of a keyboard with lots & lots of real sounding instruments on board you can build up a song like I do. Hear my stuff Everything is me! real guitar,Real bass & keyboards.Thats all I use. The thing is With the talent that you have.....Its essential to have a go atleast?

arrangement Is just perfect! Its this combination of softness & emotion that draws the listener in.

...love what you've done with it...I really liked the first versions, but this takes it to a new level...way to go experimenting with other instruments...the song itself is amazing and the way you sing it is wonderful...it could definitely be in a film track

a most excellent vocal delivery -- the song is infectious and gets inside of your head--
this a great platform/blueprint for an awesome recording... maybe include some live musicians to replace some of the issues with the VIs etc...

Wow.Seriously I never ever thought to get statements like this for my music. My wife mostly go out of the room when I play and sing and my son is also not that interested.Also when i posted older songs in a german forum I got lot of criticism because my bad english and also for my monotone style of music.So all in all if you are really not kidding me I´m overwhelmed.Thank you very much or is it a joke? Is that something like candid camera for internet?

Your vocals is what i love about your song dont get me wrong this is a great song and i remember the first time you posted it, i think it was the first time

but what i hear and see on stage is you playing a classical guitar with someone who is a classical pianist and a orchestra of strings just there to gently help you two out.

Your vocals Alexander has a style i like to listening to, so hurry up and post your next song.
