I took a recent subscription with Suno A.I  Pro version. Upload the lyrics add a few prompts and  wait for the outcome , did just that earlier.

If you're confident enough get the stems and add the 'human touch' if it needs it, probably won't.

Really if you contribute lyrics , music , vocals etc its a legitimate way of making  music, but don't try and hide the A.I aspect of it.

I went with Suno I think its pretty good and V5 is now out....unfortunately I think eventually it will be so advanced that a simple suggestion will produce very listenable tunes maybe even the lyrics will be interesting?

That's a really interesting comment - about Suno and AI.
I compose the original music, lyrics and arrangement then use Suno to finish it off....after several experiments I usually find a final version that's fairly. My only issue is that as I am a useless singer, I use Suno vocals to make it sound great. By using those vocal AI I cannot market the material because much of the industry is very anti AI.  Or rather the clients of A & R companies are.

Would love to team up with writers down here on the South Coast (UK)

You can still use the finished product as demos to artists. If you've subscribed you can try lease to production music companies. They usually say if they're okay with AI. I'm in the UK too and there does seem to be some reluctance around AI in the music biz.
With Suno, I just upload lyrics then prompt. Download stems and a producer builds up instruments around the vocal.
With Suno AI, the vocals are great, the music is generic imo.
