I'm primarily a lyricist rather than a musician, and I'm looking to find someone interested in collaborating on original songs.
I've been writing lyrics for a while and have quite a few completed songs/lyrics. What I'm missing is the musical side — I'd love to work with someone who can take the lyrics and help develop the melody, chords and arrangement, rather than simply putting a backing track underneath them.
I'm quite open stylistically. I can hear some of my songs as guitar-led indie/rock, while others could be piano-led or more atmospheric.
Some of the artists I enjoy are Travis, Razorlight, The Killers, Hozier, Keane, Eagles, Pink Floyd, Lady A, Lonestar, Johnny Cash and Bon Jovi. That's a pretty broad mix, but I tend to be drawn to strong melodies, storytelling, atmosphere and songs that have some emotional weight.
I've also made some rough demo versions of my lyrics using Suno. They're not intended as finished productions — they've just helped me experiment with how some of the songs might sound. I'm happy to share them with anyone interested.
One of the songs I've been working on recently is The Silence of Sirens, a dark, atmospheric story about love, loss and obsession. It's quite different from some of my other material, and I'd be interested to see how another songwriter or musician might interpret it.
I'm based in Devon, but I'm happy to collaborate remotely.
I'm not necessarily looking to form a band. I'm more interested in finding one or more creative collaborators who enjoy developing songs together.

A NEW Song that would sound different yet familiar, which automatically gives you that
FAMOUS-SOUND.
