I don't play any instrument, I just write the lyrics.

My first song was played live on stage, I wrote the lyrics and a young musician wrote the music and he performed at King |Tuts ion Glasgow and feedback was great
I have now put a number of lyrics on A.I, about 90 in past 3 weeks and have about 7, soon to be 10 on Spotify

The main question is and I'm sure for debate:

I have a song and put it through A.I and think its perfect for a certain musician.
So if I said to him, here's a song, it has lyrics and a tune and think it would be perfect if you played it on guitar and if he thought the same, then later worked with it and played it on stage with guitar, (maybe add a little of his take on it as most do) or if a musician heard me singing my song, he liked it and asked to use it as he wants to play it on guitar so I give him the audio file and lyrics; What I want to know is: is that song classed as a song or classed as a A.I Song?

I wrote the lyrics
I put it through A.I to have add music
So can do whatever I want with it

I own the lyrics and can prove it even before it was inserted into a Suno or any music A.I app
I own the commercial ownership
Copyright for the music cannot be granted by any A.I app due to all the stuff going on in court cases

Here is one conundrum which I find interesting

Example
I have about 15 songs or so where I have a full tune for the full song for the lyrics so its my copyright and can prove so as I have it even before using Suno or any other A.I app but we can all sing similar into an A.I app and have the tune cleaned up with the same tune remaining but enhanced and cleaned up just with musical instruments so you would think, does he still own it or has A.I have something to do with it? or is it just a fancy graphic equalizers where the engineer is paid to split it and clean the tune up? Suppose that's an argument but I have it before anyone or any A.I gets hold of it, so with those songs I'm in a way stronger position but there, i bet hundred of different situations that would be a test to sort.



You can imagine why there's a few court cases regarding these matters and also differs in different continents
