I am not personally a fan of fade ins - so would suggest just coming in with the guitar

On first listen, I didn't think the change from the solo guitar to the part where the vocals came in "worked" - it sounded like a completely different song was playing on top of the guitar pattern

I would LOVE to hear a version where just the vocal comes in with the guitar - and save the synth for later

However - when my brain made the switch, the poppy part of the song is AWESOME!!!

The vocal is absolutely amazing - both the performance, melody, and arrangement - great job

I got lost a bit with the structure - so I think it would benefit from having a more defined "chorus" with either something more for a "lift" - or strip down some of the other sections to make the chorus stand out a touch more

You definitely nailed the laid back pop style you were going to - and I think this is soooo close to being commercially viable
